By participating as a volunteer, you will not only help to promote equality and strengthen understanding of human rights in Latvia, but you will also improve yourself. You will be able to develop skills in the aforementioned areas, as well as exchange ideas and opinions with a group of like-minded professionals and enthusiasts from various industries

How will you be able to participate?

Mozaīka works actively every day to make the life of the LGBTQI community in Latvia better. Our activity takes place in different directions:

• supporting and educating community members on important issues;
• promoting visibility and public awareness;
• fighting against hate speech and discrimination;
• representing the rights and interests in Latvian and European decision-making institutions.
  

Our power and the influence of the work done is shaped by our members, supporters and volunteers. The volume of tasks to be performed on a daily basis is quite large, so the support of every volunteer is useful. Help is needed both in the organization of events and in communication activities, in the preparation and translation of various materials, in the processes of interest representation and elsewhere. Mozaīka is also an open platform for your ideas and initiative, which helps to move towards the common goal.
